The Black Cock Inn stands at the heart of the attractive little town of Broughton-in-Furness, within easy reach of some of the Lake District's finest scenery. This much-loved village inn is full of history, charm and atmosphere.

This 16th Century Inn with is low beamed ceiling boasts a sun trapped courtyard garden during the summer and a roaring log fire during the winter months giving it a wonderful traditional ambience.

There’s always a selection of real ales and lagers on offer in the bar which is open from morning ‘til night, every day during the Summer months.

The inn has five comfortable and very well-appointed en suite guest bedrooms.

There is excellent walking country hereabouts, with plenty of history and natural features to discover, and Broughton itself is well worth taking time to explore.
